Last week Sheena Calvert lectured at our uni and I got to do the poster that accompanied it and informed students about it.
Here is something the mind expanding work I've been doing in the last few weeks...


These are the early stages of the poster.
I set the type for her name in letterpress. This acted as a template for the vacuum suction.

The first plastic model was with clear plastic.

I used this to make the ice model, which was the original idea for the poster. However it didn't quite work out but I did get some interesting photos.

I went back to letterpress to add to the previous text and complete the poster using the plastic pop outs as the actual poster


For the final poster white plastic was available, which looked much better. So I used the white... RAD

After his I had the idea to make a chocolate bar for fun from the pop-out posters. After moulding the chocolate I decided it needed a wrapper, so I put this together.
